Through the generosity of donors, there is a $2000 reward for the safe return of QUILTY the turtle (pictured) and the arrests of the thieves who stole her on or about January 27 from the small park at Waterfront Drive and Colbert Lane. The public is asked to be on the look out for QUILTY. She is easy to identify. Quilty is Turtle #6 on Palm Coast Arts Foundation Turtle Trail and was dedicated in October 2019. Please spread the word and notify the Flagler County Police Department (386-437-4116) if you happen upon any clues of her whereabouts or noticed any suspicious activity around her.
