The 2nd Annual Flagler County CannaFest is bigger and better than ever according to the promotional materials for the festival. With tons of legal, prescription-free items available locally, the festival organizers decided that education had earned its place at the event this year.
To that end, the day will be full of events that feature education about various aspects of cannabis consumption and general knowledge of cannabis.
There will be a number of educational workshops, samples of products for people over 21 and a vendor marketplace.
