The United States Marine Corps will be celebrating its 246th birthday on November 6, 2021 and all Marines, family and friends are invited to join in the celebration at the VFW Hall on Old Kings Road. This dinner/dance also includes Marine and civilian awards presentations, a cake cutting ceremeenoy, an event DJ and three choices for dinner.
The cash bar/social hour begins at 3 PM and the dinner, ceremonies and dancing goes from 4-8 PM. The price is $50.00 per person in advance.
The scheduled guest of honor is Ray Rice, World War II veteran of Iwo Jima and Guadalcanal and a member of the Flagler County Marine Detachment #876.
